1What time is check-in and check-out?
You can check-in from 11am until midnight. Check-out is no later than 10am. Check-out can be delayed free of charge, upon agreement at reception, subject to the availability of the room.
2What credit cards do you accept?
All the most commonly used, except American Express.
3Do you offer internet access?
Yes, the Wi-Fi connection is fast, reliable and free. You can browse in public areas, in your room or use our Internet Point in the lobby.
4Is there parking?
Yes, parking is indoors (subject to availability of spaces). You can also park for free on the public highway, the street is quiet.
5How can I get to the Tabiano thermal baths?
From the hotel, the Tabiano thermal baths are a short walk away (10 minutes) or you can get the free shuttle service, available from May to October.
6Do you offer a gluten-free menu?
Yes, we offer gluten-free products for breakfast, lunch and dinner, available on request.
7Can I always use the pool?
The pool is open from May to September, equipped with a cover and heated water.
8Where is the nearest railway station?
We recommend Fidenza train station (9km from the hotel). For customers having thermal treatments (11 days), there is a free shuttle service to and from the station.
9Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
Of course, all rooms have individually controlled air conditioning. This is included in the room rate.
